World won't load past 0% #10

Reproduction Steps

Arrive on the main screen. Click Mods. Locate this mods config. Choose a structure to disable. Save. Make a new world. World never loads past 0%.

Game will load fine if I delete the structure config or fit I only mess around with the structure spread.
