one sound per week is too strong restriction #8

Each PR can add ONE sound effect (audio file shorter than 10 seconds) and ONE music track (audio file longer than 10 seconds, maximum 10 minutes)

What if one feature (like item) would require a number of sound effects?

For reference, I was considering adding these two, hopefully you can get what I wanted with them (no info - keeping in mind rule "...others need to figure out your code") https://freesound.org/people/Timbre/sounds/417432/ https://freesound.org/people/Timbre/sounds/417434/

well, now that I've started working on it, I only need one sound effect, but it will have about 10 variations
