Release 0.2.0 #17

I'd like to release another version which includes:

[ ] faster, easier first-time install via a terminal-based user interface
[ ] easier connectivity to all three primary services, [ discord, matrix, slack ]
[ ] 100% coverage of all logic not tested by @fabric/core

To get the process started, I'm opening this public pull request from the develop branch, against with pull requests may be made as necessary.
