Topic Curation #126

I'm working on adding a landing page for the topics we discuss in the Maki Community. This adds those resources to the maki.io branch.

Thinking through the Resource name: are these "Topics", or are they "Discussions"? Attached is a screenshot of the newly created collection as it exists now. What name makes the most semantic sense, and bundles the ideas of IRC channels (often denoted by #, such as #fabric), forum topics or categories (usually just names), and the more recent hashtags (also generally denoted by a # prefix)?

Agreed! I'll merge now and we can make adjustments to the naming stuff later.
