Fixes #15 yet again.

No, this was removed on purpose. Mod menu is not an offical fabric mod, thus we dont want to give special treatment to it. The solution to this issue is getting an officially supported way for mods like mod menu to figure out if a mod is a library or not. I wouldnt want to end up with 5 diffrent custom makers saying that this is a library.

Sorry, but its the only fair thing to do.
