Produção de um Medidor de Tensão de linhas

No seguimento da resposta da @LuPissarra ao assunto #2,

Existem duas ferramentas de controle usadas na afinação das tensões de referência das linhas superiores e inferiores que se pode comprar, no entanto acho que conseguimos fazer, necessitamos de uma mola e de pesos conhecidos para definir uma escala, seria possível também saber a escala antecipadamente se soubessemos a constante da mola que vamos usar.

Depois de termos o medidor de Tensão DIY ou adquirido, podemos testar as linhas que temos em stock e ver a resistência que têm, marcando a tensão em que quebram. todas as linhas têm de suportar 20% mais do que a tensão de referência (120g) para as linhas sintéticas. as que não corresponderem ao padrão têm de ser colocadas de parte ou descartadas

Com o padrão de teste pode-se rápidamente afinar as tensões superiores e inferiores à tensão de referência e de seguida deve-se proceder ao teste dos I´s como referido no link abaixo para confirmar que as tensões estão boas para usar a maquina.

The sew test will also help determine whether there is a bobbin tensioning problem versus a top tensioning problem. If the bobbin thread is consistently too wide or too narrow on all the needles, there is a bobbin tension problem.

The top row of this sample shows proper well-balanced tension with the 2/3 top and 1/3 bobbin thread on all needles. The middle row shows a problem with the bobbin thread tension because it is consistently too wide from needle to needle. The bottom row shows a problem with the top thread tension on a couple of needles. The bobbin thread is inconsistent from needle to needle indicating that any adjustments should be made to the upper tensioners.
