Manual item application block is behind shadow in EMI #1383

Describe the Bug

Every block on which you can right click with an item is shown behind its shadow

Reproduction Steps

  1. View all item application recipes in EMI
  2. It should look like the picture down below

Expected Result

The shadow is behind the block
