Describe the Bug

Creating train schedule with "Fluid Cargo Condition" crashes on confirmation

Reproduction Steps

1. Create a train schedule
2. Add "go to station"
3. Give a "Fluid Cargo Condition"
4. Click apply
5. Game should crash

### Expected Result

The schedule should be created, and allow for the Fluid Cargo Condition to be used to control the train's departures.
