Pinch tool doesn't function properly #10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempt to use the pinch tool

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to pull geometry to the center of the brush
Instead only seems to reduce the amount of geometry under the brush

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.0
Android 4.3 Asus Nexus 7 2013
