Menu item duplication in creative mode

In creative mode there is the possibility to duplicate the menu items, which is probably not high priority, but should be fixed at some point.

Steps to reproduce:

• Enter creative mode
• Go to the survival inventory
• Move the menu items to the hotbar

Expected Result: Items cannot be moved Observed Result: Items will be duplicated on hotbar and inventory
