Viewlevel plugin default item not customizable. #1721

The plugin selects by default the last one (ordering by reverse ID) See https://github.com/Fabrik/fabrik/blob/joomla3/plugins/fabrik_element/viewlevel/viewlevel.php#L59

At least make it so that access levels are sorted by the ordering column, in order for the user to have a chance to correct it.

Please raise an item in the Fabrik forums to discuss this.

Or alternatively, if you are up to coding a fix, please submit a PR here on Github.

Not sure if you are still interested in pursuing this fix, but if you are...

  1. Would it be better to include a "Please select" at the top as default so that a ViewLevel is not selected by default by accident?

  2. Can you please submit existing and proposed screen shots to illustrate what the intent of this is?
