Various JS console errors on change of element table name #2029

  1. 404 error trying to download /administrator/templates/khepri/images/notice-info.png. This URL is hard coded into /administrator/components/com_fabrik/views/element/tmpl/confirmupdate.php.

  2. Several RequireJs errors because requirejs config is not included in the HTML so e.g. 'fab/fabrik' tries to download fabrik.,js from /administrator/fab/fabrik.js rather than /media/com_fabrik/js/fabrik.js

I will get around to fixing these in due course (unless someone else gets in first) - but I wanted to log this as an issue so it doesn't get forgotten.

Note: These do not seem to impact the functioning of the rename column confirmation screen, so it might be possible to remove them rather than fix them.
