Curly Brackets error on uploading .mov file #2264

if uploaded through fileupload element. since PHP 7.4 curly braces method to get individual characters inside a string has been deprecated. More info: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/59158548/array-and-string-offset-access-syntax-with-curly-braces-is-deprecated

How to reproduce error: Upload any video file with .mov extension

I assume the Getid3 lib is not the latest version, but until it's replaced by a newer one...
