On 1.20.6 Continuity (with the old alpha 1.20.2 version y'all are using) crashes the game when loaded with a resource pack with some core shaders. I don't know specifically which causes it.
The problem has been fixed in a newer version. I have confirmed that this problem doesn't occur in version 3.0.0-beta.5+1.20.5.
