This doesn't actually implement switching languages or having multiple languages, but the base support to build off of is here. In addition, fonts are moved to the assets/fonts directory and the licenses are added to comply there.

(btw, decided to work on this for fun while just messing around haha)

Going ahead and merging, since this has some other useful changes too.
