Updates Nuitka to 1.5.5, pylint to 2.17.2, pyside6 to 6.5.0 and isort to 5.12.0,
In CI; The short-sha component is now on v2.2 and python itself to 3.11 as nuitka 1.5.5 is capable of it,
and finally a minor fix to readme was added where period was missing in "no easy updating" part.
Reminders:
macOS 13 was originally going to be included in the CI itself but it is unsupported at this time due to hardware incompatibility with it,
and Python 3.12 was also going to be shipped along but is not supported by the many dependencies at this time either.
