Build nuitka from source as opposed to using pypi #118

Right now, the latest release (v0.2.1 as of writing this) triggers a variety of virus scanners, most notably Windows Defender's Trojan:Win32/Wacatac.B!ml detection.

It is hoped that building our own compiler as opposed to downloading it from pypi will solve the issue, as this StackOverflow answer suggests.
