Update required dependencies manually again, Fix minor bugs. #132

Summary of packages that have been changed:

Numpy: 1.24.2 -> 1.24.3, packaging: 23.0 -> 23.1, platformdirs: 3.2.0 -> 3.5.0, ZStandard: 0.20.0 -> 0.21.0, Nuitka: 1.5 -> 1.5.7, pip: (updates automatically in CI now),

Summary of other changes made:

Security.md file has been slightly reworded, Discord source URL has been modified, Contribuing.md file has been a tiny bit reworded, Code_Of_Conduct.md file now includes the proper discord invite source, Madis' social URL has been replaced with their website instead, Resolved an issue where the "find_mc_java" statement is marked as too complex, Resolved an issue where flake8 detects hanging indents in the log script, Threw an band-aid at flake8 by skipping the stupid F401 warning.
