No achievement when torch is placed by mods

I was trying to decide if this was a bug upstream or not. Minetest docs indicate that a nil placer is valid according to: https://minetest.gitlab.io/minetest/minetest-namespace-reference/#global-callback-registration-functions

How embarrassing, I've triggered exactly this sort of bug in other mods with things that place stuff myself. Thanks for catching this.

One of our users on MineClone2 has this issue. I think an Endermen placed a block.

Are you considering doing a release of this mod with this fix?
