While you could just add the skinable and we could reskin the frame and that would be alright, but allow me to propose a better idea.
Most people don't like to paint wheter it be because is not going to last long or just because they are not good painters, BUT, that doesn't mean that those people wouldn't like to consume art.I think everybody like to customize their little huts or castles, so why not allow the workshop artist to create the picture.
But wait fideo that is going to remove a feature of the game, well not necessarly, you see people could still paint on top of the existant picture, so they could draw things like moustaches and such or maybe even the posibility of just using the frame if someone decides to.
