I have try many things but none of them work then I decided to look at some other people's spinning wheels and I found the same issue most people don't even have a specular map for it.

this is the item with the specular map applied and 25% of the glossiness

As you can see the map get applied to the whole item when in reality those alphas have a different roughness value.
