Wont load, but main menu is there, texture bugs, ETC. #148

I cannot play GarrysMod. There is a blue screen, but the main menu is there so is the sound. So if i try to go play It does load it just has a little "thing" on the middle bottom part of the screen thats glitchs. I have 2 screen shots showing you. This is before the "thing." gmp1 Heres the one with the "thing." gmp2 If you see the second screen shot is darker than the first one, why is this. It has done this for all the new valve games. For Example, GarrysMod, TF2, Portal, Half-life 2, CS:S(CounterStrike:Source), L4D2 & 1. Although older games like, Ricochet, CS:CZ, Half-life, And other valve games that have bad graphics play just fine. Why is this, please resond ASAP. Thanks

If this happens in TF2 then it's probably not something garry can do much about
