Partially submerged props have bad physgun effect #3200

As shown, when props are held partially underwater, a section of them has a improperly wrapped glow effect. Note that in the case of the props shown, the stove is effectively separated by the body and pipe while the fridge is between the two doors. I'm not sure how exactly this separation is seen by the engine since both props only have one physics object.

This only occurs from underwater, not above.

The same thing happens to me. It also seems that even looking at objects, or the map, from underwater causes the surfaces of everything to have the same behavior as what you described. This occurs for me on macOS.

I also have this issue on Linux, appears to happen with every prop.

After some testing, I believe the section is either a bodygroup or a textured tri-chunk.
