decals/decals_lit randomly breaks.

Ok so this is a thing that keeps randomly happening to me:

Sometimes shutting down Gmod and starting it back up fixes it, but then other times when i start up Gmod it just breaks again.

Other issues/facts that might be related?

• A fresh Gmod installation with the same addons actually fixes this specific issue but changes the decal to this sometimes: http://i.cubeupload.com/Vk2MUQ.jpg
• The old Gmod folder that i'm having this issue on, is one that was moved from it's original location to another HDD because i installed an SSD.
• Half-life Deathmatch: Source & Half-Life: Source appear to refuse mounting even though i just downloaded and installed them. (on the fresh install as well)
• Certain Half-life 2 props are completely invisible when i spawn them.
• Sometimes Gmod starts with a super bright menu screen for some reason.
• Recently installed this old thing for machinima purposes: http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=120123 (this is NOT installed on the fresh Gmod installation)

Duplicate of #96. 1) HL DM: S and HL: S are not supposed to mount because they are still not on SteamPipe afaik ( So are some other mods ) 2) The bright menu bug happened to me too, but only after I installed Dxtory.

Alright thanks for the help robotboy. Issue#96 explains the problems i was having and Dxstory was indeed the culprit of the bright menu bug. Sorry for the duplicate post!
