Gmod not recognizing nVidia Titan, defaults to DX7 rendering. #476

Pretty self explanatory; other source games default to DX9.8, however Gmod refuses to recognize the card as a valid renderer and defaults to either DX 7 or 8 randomly. Forcing the DXLevel or shadow quality through an autoexec crashes Gmod to desktop if any map or save is loaded or server is joined after changes are enforced.

All other tested source 2006/7/9 games default to DX 9.8 and display normal lighting conditions, including HL2, CS:S, Dystopia, Day of Defeat and Team Fortress 2.

Use -dxlevel98 in launch options or mat_dxlevel98 in console

The work around on Source not recognizing current cards works for the 580, with resetting the commandline option afteward.

However with the titan, ANY map or gamemode loaded after the change reverts to dx7 with or without any changing of current graphic settings, which means it doesn't recognize a renderer at all. Any attempt to change the settings after it reverts to dx7 crashes Gmod every time.
