Garry's Mod save system bugs #4904

Details:

New decals don't save, client side ragdolls don't save, supply creates reappear after save, crane doesn't save correctly, triggers state doesn't get saved, and state of thumpers don't save correctly.

Steps to reproduce:

Load into d2_coast_04, kill a few combine, activate the only thumper in the map, activate a few triggers, then save.

Version:

Protocol version 24 Exe version 2020.10.14 (garrysmod) Exe build: 11:53:22 Apr 12 2021 (8140) (4000) GMod version 2021.04.12, branch: x86-64, multicore: 1 Windows 64bit

I practically do not play the sandbox itself, but only create maps or models. On the next map, I wanted to create a crane with a magnet, but when I saw this, I changed my mind. It is probably better to make a regular hook, although most likely even it will break, because it seems that the fastening system is completely breaking down here.
