Steam Overlay doesnt open the voicechat tab #5801

Details

Ever since the Steam UI overhaul, when clicking onto the Steam voice settings it doesn't seem to open into the correct tab, but instead the default one.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open the Voice Chat Settings
  2. Click on Steam Voice Settings
