No Menu when i start Garrys mod #621

Everytime when i start Garrys mod there is no Menu the Background moves and changes but theres no Menu i can change Language GameMode and Which games gmod uses like Counter Strike Half life.... but theres no Find Server Create Server ok something like that i hope u can help me because i dont know how to fix that problem i also reinstalled it and so on

Mine did that too just let your computer load the game up... It may take a while but it should work.
