Garrys mod Client.dll error #684

i start the game and then i get the normal blue screen and black loading then i hear an error sound i press the windows button between ctrl and alt i get error: Client.dll in steam/steamapps/common/garrysmod/garrysmod/bin
reason: Invalid access to memory location I re installed steam, tried to update windows but the update wasn't for my computer i have windows 7 ultimate I even cleaned out my computer all the downloads i unsubbed and deleted them all its been 3 weeks i went to regedit and they already had permissions i gave them permissions by right clicking and using secutrity i did it on all users i am admin user! reply soon please

i shorted the error but the reason is the important and the location and what it is its client.dll location steam/steamapps/common/garrysmod/garrysmod/bin reason Invalid access to memory location

I am having this exact same problem and can not find a solution anywhere. Really hope someone has a solution.

736, Googling reveals it is a 64bit OS problem, there's a hotfix made by microsoft: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/833620

Not a GMod problem.
