"render.RenderView" Custom Proj & DX Texture Handle #1128

I'm requesting these features because I would love to add vr support to gmod, I've already created a binary module extending gmod's lua with some of OpenVR's functionality.

Adding these functionalities will allow me to render the scene on the projection required for vr, and will allow me to submit the texture to the HMD.

I thought someone already got it working in gmod, like 2 or 3 years ago.

I am unaware of anyone adding VR to Garry's Mod.

Maybe it was just the weapons being controlled by the trackers and stereo vision, or I'm remembering wrong. I can't find the video. Regardless, it seems Garry's Mod VR is long sought after and would be an amazing addition.
