OnBodygroupChanged hook

It would be amazing if we could get a hook for when players change their Bodygroup as there's a lot of possibilities with it.

I don't remember player's bodygroups being changed by any of the default gmod's gamemodes. If some custom gamemode or addon does that, authors of those should be asked to add any related hooks you need, but not gmod developers
