Fix improper flashlight illumination with $blendmodulatetexture #1626

example Materials using a blend modulate texture will look incorrect when viewed using the flashlight. According to the wiki, the mod 'mapbase' has this issue fixed. It can be found here: https://github.com/mapbase-source/source-sdk-2013

Would like to one up this. Addons like the fake CSM addon would benefit a lot from this.
