Return sequence id in TranslateActivity #2270

Basically what I would like is to be able to return a sequence id as a second return arg like in CalcMainActivity. Some anims might not have ACTs and it could also help work around custom ACT issues with DynaBase.

I am not sure which TranslateActivity you are referring to, but it's not happening either way. That's just not how those hooks work.
