Allow HLMV and Studiomdl to see the materials in Addons folder #2292

When you compile a model, sometimes you need to have the materials in the main folder for proper compilation or viewing in HLMV. This is very annoying when it comes to file management.

So if let them see the materials in addons folder like addons/*/materials this will make it easier to work with models

And also models from $include for HLMV

As a temporary work around and one i've been using for a while now, mount.cfg is respected by HLMV and I think actually every tool does, such as Hammer. So adding your addon to it works fine.
