Add/Expose climbing (and swimming) for NextBots #663

It would be awesome if you could add climbing functionality to the nextbots locomotion. Right now I can rewrite the path generation to take ladders into account but the bots are unable to use them. They just walk up to the ladder and get stuck/attached to it. If I modify their velocity, position or really anything while they are "climbing" their Locomotion will completly glitch out.

I think this is important since not beeing able to climb makes many maps unuseable with most nextbots.

And while your at it could you also add swimming functionailty aswell. That would be awesome!

I think your only hope for the moments is to make a hacky workaround on climbing "function".

I hope that your request will be taken into account, because I don't like to do hacky workarounds on nextbot problems due to lack of functionalities.

Adding ladder support is definitely something I want to do.
