Map Voting #155

When a game ends, instead of pulling players back to the menu, we should have players vote for a map/mode.

Generate some options, example: 4. Can be any map, any mode. Can be different modes on the same map.

When a new vote is added, make sure it's synced to everyone. Show their avatars stacked next to their vote. Make it super clear which is the winning option at all times.

Add a button that lets players leave.

Added this today, but we're blocked currently by not being able to move a server to a new scene.
