Only having the mega command centre deactivates all former buildings. grafik

Losing a building that actsasproxy doesnt properly remove dependencies of hte proxied buildings. I made upgrades for free and enabled demolishing, here you see losing advanced command centre. Buildings of a command centre are still available. grafik
