Static Notification "Next lecture" #69

A static notification that shows the next lecture coming up would be helpful (optionally hide the notification until the next day, if the last lecture has passed etc.)

@Gleydar Do you think you'll get it done before semester start? In that case please assign v0.1.1 as Milestone, which is planned to be released 18th of March. #FirstRelease 😄
