Dont produce duplicates // Error handling #2

Current behaviour :exclamation: === When using ./dude.py today I mistyped the password and therefore had to run the script again. That resulted in agenda items like this:

TOP 1: TOP 1: TOP 1: Begrüßung
==============================
Tom begrüßt die Anwesenden Studis aus Mathe und Info recht herzlich.

Which does not look good ... :blush:

Expected behavior: :white_check_mark:

The script does check if the line already fits the requirements and does not add TOP X again.

I can confirm this bug. I received five mails caused by this behaviour. :angry:
