Updates on Public transport layer #299

There are sadly not updates on the Public Transport layer (de: ÖPNV).

Yes, it's true, I didn't have time to work on this yet.

The code in FacilMap/openptmap needs to be adjusted to use a LUA script to do the filtering that is currently handled by osmfilter. I already have a draft for this, but there are some things that still need to be done.
