Facsimile currently does not render Screen Text and Screen Text List primitives.

A decision needs to be made about how to support these primitives. The idea in AutoMod was that the text was superimposed on a view window. The same approach could be taken in JavaFX/ScalaFX (via a SubScene element), but this may not be a desirable solution. For now, these elements are currently not rendered.
