Remove "walletapp" folder from "fctwallet" directory now that it is in its own repo #857

Remove "walletapp" from "fctwallet" (on Hotfix4.1) and test to make sure that this did not break anything in the fctwallet repository.

Done.

My tests indicate that this didn't break anything (or at least it didn't break anything as far as I can tell). factom-cli and fctwallet are still working harmoniously after the change.
