Migrate to Humble #22

This builds in Humble - however, I haven't had a chance to test it as I had to downgrade the robot to foxy.

Thanks, I've created new branches for Foxy and Humble. Could you create a new pull request, while I've deleted the old branches. I should rename them actually...
