Currently, circuit wire connections are only read out from electric poles. otherwise to access them you have to dig through the circuit menu. If possible, all circuit connections should be read out when holding a red or green wire in hand.
Similarly, circuit behaviour settings are currently only accessible from within the menu. it would be nice if they could get a dedicated key, like m. place curser on machine, press m, find out what it does. I suggest M because it's right beside n which is already used for circuits.
When a machine is disabled by a circuit condition, this information is provided when pressing right bracket. this is slightly annoying when working with belts and trying to figure out which one is disabled. I think machines should say that they are disabled without any additional key press as soon as the curser encounters them.
Counterintuitively, this deserves a 2.0 label. Why? 2.0 adds proper APIs for traversal of both copper and circuit network wires. I am not 100% sure on how it works or how flexible it is.
