Pair travel points with map pins #250

This will let mod players and vanilla players communicate better about specific map points. Ideally editing one should automatically edit the other.

This makes every travel point public and shared and it adds the obligation to choose an icon but there could be a simple default icon.

eh it doesn't necessarily make every travel point shared. Pins have a unique incrementing id for the lifetime of the save. We can easily link metadata to it to do whatever we want. Shove name/position into the pin, shove who it "belongs" to in global, or whatever The UX isn't limited by anything.
