Allow users to sign up with email/password. #6

Firebase has an api for username/password, so the app doesn't have to store passwords in any form. In addition to email/password, the form should take a custom display name so that the user's real name isn't revealed.

Sounds good. As long as it's handled by Google.

Are we going to add Facebook back in as a log in option or are we just going with Github and Google? IMO, we should have Facebook, but give the user the option to show a different name.
