Bump geotrellis-proj4_2.11 to 2.0.0 and lein-codox to 0.10.4 #35

The major version change to geotrellis-proj4 appears to be mainly related to its parent project, but it does seem like there's a bug fix or two in there. lein-codox's dependency bump got reverted when 2.0 was merged into master.
