docs on how to make another one #5

I caught myself wanting to make a new xkcd out of https://xkcd.com/303/. But I don't know how to add 303 to this code. :(

all the current generators themselves are custom written. I can add some docs for how to add them to the front page for sure, but I'm wondering if there is a better way to write the generators themselves.
