Profile for NVV #12

I've added a Profile for NVV the Nordhessischer Verkehrs Verbund. I wanted to ask as well if there are any plans to add support for further HaFAs instances in Germany.

There are no real plans to do that. The public transport companies in the region where I live do not use HAFAS. If you want to have one (or more), just create an issue for each of them, I'm happy to implement them.

I have applied your patches (finally). Due to my limited time right now I will add the tests when I find the time for it.

I wrote some tests and created a new PR #32 including these changes, so we can add the NVV Profile
