Sometimes alert about not running app is shown when app is in the background for a while #225

User gets the alert Screenshot at Oct 26 11-23-57

And it looks like the app really isn't running at that time despite being visible in the background because there are no readings on the graph. Upd: Happens not only in Low Power mode

I got that alert again a few minutes ago, when app was in background for about 10-15 minutes. And one reading was missing

@NSFriend Still reproducible. At the morning I got the alert Screenshot at Mar 17 16-52-36 The app were in background Screenshot at Mar 17 16-53-01 but readings were missing several hours. All the time Iwas near the phone and phone was charging Screenshot at Mar 17 16-53-13
